Before you arrive
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Arrival is self-service – there is no latest check-in time, and you will receive arrival details by message before arrival.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is free in the courtyard or on nearby streets where road signs allow. The courtyard is entered from Vaidilos street through the gate.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. A one-time fee of 50 EUR applies.
Can we stay with children?
Yes, families with children are welcome - children of any age can stay. A cot for infants (0-3 y.) is available free of charge on request. The maximum number of guests is shown on each apartment card. Children under 18 are exempt from the Kaunas city tax (2 € per adult per night).
What amenities do the apartments have?
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and air conditioning. A washer-dryer is available in all apartments except apartment 6.
How will I receive entry information?
Arrival details and the door code are sent automatically on the day of arrival before check-in. Arrival is fully self-service and contactless.
Are there any house rules I should know?
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and parties or unregistered guests are not permitted. For guest safety, outdoor security cameras operate on the premises, and all apartments are fitted with smoke and CO detectors.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. After that, the payment is non-refundable. The Kaunas city tax and the pet fee are always refunded in case of cancellation.
