Frequently asked questions
How do I use the voucher?
When booking on nef.lt, enter the code in the “I have a gift voucher” field — the amount is deducted from the final price. If the voucher does not cover everything, you pay the difference by card.
How long is it valid?
The expiry date is printed on the voucher. An unused voucher is no longer valid after that date.
Can I use it in parts?
Yes — the remaining balance stays on the same code and can be used for another booking until the expiry date.
Can I return it or exchange it for cash?
No. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a booking paid with a voucher is cancelled, the amount returns to the voucher.
