Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, while the river view flows seamlessly onto the spacious private terrace. It is a place for slow mornings with coffee, peaceful evenings, and a stay where time is easily forgotten.

The apartment features a stylish boutique interior, a king-size bed with premium-quality bedding, bathrobes, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, complimentary coffee and tea, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer-dryer. A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower adds even more comfort to your stay. On request before arrival, we can also provide a dedicated work desk in the apartment.

Just moments away, you will find Panemunė Pine Forest, a beach along the Nemunas River, and a scenic cycle path following the river. The new Panemunė swimming pool and saunas are within walking distance, while Kaunas Old Town is around nine minutes away by car or Bolt.

Self check-in is simple: the individual door code sent to you before your stay allows you to check in at any convenient time from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

A little warning: you may find it difficult to leave. If possible, leave some flexibility in your plans – recently, more and more of our guests have decided to extend their stay.
