These terms apply to bookings and stays at Nemunas Energy Flow Apartments in Kaunas.

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed instantly after payment. Payments are processed directly by Stripe — this website does not collect or store card details; reservations are managed in the Smoobu system. The final price is always shown before you pay.

Kaunas applies a local tourism tax of 2 € per adult (18+) per night. It is shown in the booking summary before payment; children under 18 and long stays (1 month or longer) are exempt.

All prices shown on the website are final and include VAT. A VAT invoice is sent after payment.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. After that, the payment is non-refundable. The Kaunas city tax and the pet fee are always refunded in case of cancellation.

A direct nef.lt booking can be cancelled by you — the confirmation e-mail contains a "Cancel booking" link (the refund is calculated automatically under these terms). If you booked via Booking.com or Airbnb, please cancel in the channel where you booked.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Check-in is self-service with no latest arrival time. Arrival details and the door code are sent by message on the day of arrival, before check-in.
• The minimum length of stay may vary by date — the applicable minimum is shown in the calendar when booking.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

Smoking, parties and guests

• Smoking indoors is prohibited.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight — unregistered visitors are not allowed. The maximum number of guests is stated on each apartment page.

Children

Children of any age are welcome. A cot for infants (0–3 y.) is available free of charge on request. Extra beds are not available.

Pets

Pets are accepted only by prior arrangement. A one-time fee of €50 applies.

Parking

Parking is free in the courtyard or on nearby streets where road signs allow.

Safety

For guest safety, outdoor security cameras operate on the premises. There are no cameras inside the apartments. All apartments are fitted with smoke and CO (carbon monoxide) detectors.
