What data we process
We collect only the data needed to provide the service:
- Booking data (name, surname, e-mail, phone, stay dates, price, special requests) - stored in our website database and passed to the Smoobu reservation management system. Started but unpaid booking requests are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Correspondence data if you contact us by phone, email or messaging apps.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs - needed for security and troubleshooting. For visit statistics we use an anonymous cookie-less counter: the IP address is never stored, only a daily-rotating untraceable code used to count unique visitors.
Bookings and payments
Payments are processed directly by Stripe — payment card details never reach our website and are not stored on it. Reservations are managed in the Smoobu system.
Data processors and recipients
We use the following processors to provide our service. Each receives only the data strictly necessary for its function:
- Smoobu GmbH (Germany, EU) — reservation management system: processes booking data (name, contacts, stay dates, price).
- Stripe — direct payment processor: card details are handled only by Stripe; our website and systems never see or store them.
- Hostinger — website hosting: the server stores website data and technical logs.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — visitor statistics and marketing tools, used only with your consent given in the cookie banner.

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time.

Retention
Booking and accounting data is retained for 10 years (Lithuanian accounting requirements). Correspondence — up to 2 years after the last contact. Server technical logs — up to 14 days. Cookie durations are listed in the table above.
