Forest & River Retreat

A cosy premium apartment where the pine forest meets the Nemunas River. The windows overlook the green Panemunė Pine Forest, while the river can be seen directly from the bed. This is one of the most peaceful corners of the entire NEF property – perfectly suited to both quiet relaxation and focused work. On request before arrival, we can also provide a dedicated work desk in the apartment.

The apartment features a king-size bed with premium-quality bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, complimentary coffee and tea, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer-dryer. A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower adds even more comfort to your stay.

Just moments away, you will find Panemunė Pine Forest, a beach along the Nemunas River, and scenic walking and cycling paths following the river. The new Panemunė swimming pool and saunas are within walking distance, while Kaunas Old Town is around nine minutes away by car or Bolt.

Self check-in is simple: the individual door code sent to you before your stay allows you to check in at any convenient time from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

A little warning: you may find it difficult to leave. If possible, leave some flexibility in your plans – recently, more and more of our guests have decided to extend their stay.
