Forest & River apartments

A spacious boutique-style one-bedroom apartment where the pine forest meets the Nemunas River. As the only NEF apartment with a separate bedroom, it is an excellent choice for a couple looking for more space, a family, or a group of up to four guests. One side overlooks the green Panemunė Pine Forest, while the other offers views of the gently flowing river, and high ceilings enhance the sense of space.

The bedroom features a king-size bed with premium-quality bedding, while the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, complimentary coffee and tea, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer-dryer. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, inviting you to refresh and unwind. On request before arrival, we can also provide a dedicated work desk in the apartment.

Just moments away, you will find Panemunė Pine Forest, a beach along the Nemunas River, and a scenic cycle path following the river. Here, you can enjoy peaceful surroundings while remaining only around nine minutes from Kaunas Old Town by car or Bolt.

Self check-in is simple: the individual door code sent to you before your stay allows you to check in at any convenient time from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

A little warning: you may find it difficult to leave. If possible, leave some flexibility in your plans – recently, more and more of our guests have decided to extend their stay.
