A bright boutique-style apartment where the Nemunas River becomes part of the interior, with river views from every window. This is the only NEF apartment featuring a cosy private balcony reserved exclusively for its guests. High ceilings enhance the sense of space, while mornings begin with coffee and the peaceful flow of the river below.

The apartment features a stylish interior, a king-size bed with premium-quality bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, complimentary coffee and tea, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, inviting you to refresh and unwind.

Just moments away, you will find Panemunė Pine Forest, a beach along the Nemunas River, and a scenic cycle path following the river. Ipanema pizzeria is located beside the beach, while Kaunas Old Town is around nine minutes away by car or Bolt.

Self check-in is simple: the individual door code sent to you before your stay allows you to check in at any convenient time from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

A little warning: you may find it difficult to leave. If possible, leave some flexibility in your plans – recently, more and more of our guests have decided to extend their stay.
